Circular vibrating screen for ceramic splits, recycled waters, and liquid sludge.
Its main feature is that the truncated conic bottom, the retaining fascia, and base are constructed avoiding welding joints as much as possible (monolithic construction).

The double wire mesh allows far a dual-phase drying (splitting the waste quantity in two meshes). The doublewire mesh maybe used as safety in the eventuality that the upper mesh breaks

The horizontal centrifugai pumps with inversed intake, model EPO-ID are planned for very abrasive liquids transfer such as: Ceramic slip, glaze, waste water with solids in suspension, sewage, sands, slurry, scales coming from marble cut, black flow water coming from steel working plants, acids, and so on...
The seals are in tightness refrigerated by oil or water made of tungsten carbide and have a long lasting.
As there is a lateral intake, the seals are kept in suction pressure all the time and for this reason they last longer.
This type of pump can be also used on product levar if properly installed.
The indirect transmission gives the possibility to choose the pump speed in order to set the working curve.
In this configuration standard electric motors are used.
The sturdy fixing basament is made of press-bent sheet metal plate stainless steel. The internal drive shaft is coated with thick chromium.
The bodies and impellers are coated with special alloy of fire proof rubber or made of hard material (hardalloy).
The impellers of the open type allow the passage of solids even of big sizes in suspension (ask our technicians about technical explanation).
